@CS_Agent I got charged twice for May. Both on my credit card and bank card. Please help to resolve.

Hi@kelly_liu   PM only store one card on the system, not two.  Unless you update the card on May 25 or 24, how PM know both your card?

did you change card on the system and make a plan change on May 25?

if you realy have problem, please submit ticket with PM agent

@kelly_liu  First check your credit card is one charge pending and the other posted ? If so the pending charge should fall off

HI@kelly_liu are they only pending charge? Sometimes, it take couple days for a pending charge to drop off from the credit card

What is the date on the bank stastement?
