I was charged for double charge for add-on 20 for 10days US-roaming on April 24 2020 from my PC financial Mastercard.
How to solve it?

@Jessica2031 Did you double check the dates?

@Jessica2031 , you were charged for the same add-on twice? The system doesn't allow the purchase of the same roaming add-on in the same 10 day period of time. Are you able to show us a screen-shot of your payment history with all personal info removed?

@Jessica2031 if you used the one roaming add On. Then you should have gotten a credit for it too.. so there should be double the funds there, not just the overpayment.. Stay safe. If there isn't contact the moderators and explain your situation.
Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen. This connects to the autobot Simon. Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on "Account specific question" and "No I want a human" and "Submit a ticket Click me!")
Once connected, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent. Also keep an eye on the envelope, the mods answer will show up there. Once it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue.
If you need to, you can also enable email notification to receive a private message notification sent to your email. Go to your community account > my settings > PREFERENCES > Private Messenger > enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages" > Save

Log into My Account to see if your extra payment is sitting in Available Funds. If so, just leave it there for future renewals.

@Jessica2031 Access your PM selfserve account and click on the Payment history link. Select the appropriate date range. If the double charge is in your payment history then submit a ticket to PM for a refund.
If the payment history does not show the double charge then the funds are in your account balance and will be used to pay for your next plan renewal.

You would need to submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right. PM is prepaid so there is no guarantee of a refund.
