I was charged for double charge for add-on 20 for 10days US-roaming on April 24 2020 from my PC financial Mastercard.How to solve it?

Yesterday I have checked my payment history, found it was charged twice, refund once, then take away again, so final it is still twice charge.Any way, thanks lots for helping.
