You have to compare apples with apples and oranges with oranges.
So it will 3 tier carriers with the minimum $15 plans. Lucky (Bell) or Chatr (Rogers) compared to Public (Telus).
If you are in the larger cities in BC, Alta and Ont and have Shaw internet, they a plan for $10/G. No Shaw internet, $15/G plan.

Yup.
If you move to the US, there's T-Mobile or AT&T.
In Canada, well, ya get what ya get. Bell, Rogers, or TELUS, or their immediate 2nd tier subsidiaries (Virgin, Fido, Koodo).
Suggest you stay away from their 3rd tier providers (Lucky, Chatr, or Public Mobile) to get the 'premier' service of the upper echelon who crave real customer service agents with long on-hold wait times.

Public Mobile is self serve. It’s only as good as you are. It’s definitely not for some people.
Good luck with your search.

@Snow3 - so what is your issue you are experiencing?

Public Mobile is a 3rd tier provider under the Telus umbrella. You get what you pay for here. You probably want to move to a Tier 1 or 2 provider with Telus, Bell or Rogers.

@Snow3 I like public mobile low cost plans , I realize the whole online thing isn’t for everyone but if I were to choose another provider hands down it would be Koodo/ Telus
