I just received the phone and activated yesterday and nothing happened, dead ?

Could you give us more information?

Is the phone not working or is it the SIM not working?

Did you port your old number over to PM?

Did you power off your phone before putting the SIM in your phone?

Where from you receive your phone? Did you buy it from PM?

Find another working SIM and try it in the phone to see if phone is working at all.

Check your account to see does it say Active.

Did you follow all steps to active PM SIM and get a new number?

Try your PM SIM in another phone to see if you have service at all.

@addition it is a phone you got it from PM?  It didn't even power up?

 

if you can power it up, try with another active sim card

 

if nothing works,  don't wait, open ticket with PM Support for full refund
