Hi Guys,

Seems that my account has been deactivated after 90 days without payment for a pre-paid phone.. How can I get my number back? I can still re-activate my account with the same number?  Please Help me.

Your old number has been put back into pool of unassigned number and there is no way to get it back. Most likely somebody already has it. Call it and see if anybody answers.

You can always ask agent if number is available and if they have access to that pool of numbers they might, just might (1 in 10000 chance) be nice and assign same number to you. But I would not hold my breath to accomplish that.

If your number came from PM or Telus originally...there's a slim chance you may be able to get it back. You'll need to get a new sim and start a new plan...take a new number when you activate. Check with CSA if your old number is still in the number pool. **hint...dial it to see if anyone picks up...if they do, it's gone.

This is something that isn't guaranteed. It's possible that the number has already been assigned to someone else. You may have no choice to but to use a new phone number. In any event, your old accont has been permanently closed.  You would have to get a new SIM card and open a new account.

There is not way to recover the same number?

If it has been more than 90 days w/o a payment, your account is automatically closed and number lost.
