I got reward 1GB date on my I phone but it is not connecting

hi @Baby_123456 

did you reboot the phone? Tried Reset All networks?

and check My account using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to confirm if the data is still there, just in case you used up that as well

if the data is there and you cannot use it, maybe ask support agent to check

@Baby_123456  If you just got 1GB data  add on and it’s not working try rebooting the phone first if you have not already and see if that helps , if still not working get support to investigate for ya

rewards 1GB data?  you just redeemed?

is that showing up on your My Account yet?  check it first

if it is there, reboot your phone and try.  And make sure you don't have data limit enabled on your phone
