I checked my account but it is active on the website, I can't receive any call or text and I can't text or call others either. Can't use my data too. This has been happening for 3 days now

you can try in different area, but at the same time, ask PM first. Messsege them

did you try reset all networks on your phone?
or try your sim card in another phone
