@Essa-8, you should have received an email from Public Mobile with the QR code to scan. Have you checked in your email's spam or trash folders in case it went there instead? If you are still unable to find the email you will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
(and then type: Customer Support Agent)
