@cs_agent data not working, same issue as last time, public has to fix it on their end

I changed plans because my data ran out and the unlimited data was too slow. Immediately upon changing plans, my data stopped working.

 

This has happened twice before. Both times required public to do something on their end.

 

Also both times the support took waaaaay too long and I was unable to work without data, so I lost money. Please fix this fast.

there seems to be couple posts lately regarding similar problems after plan change.  Yes, you need to engage support to get that sorted out. 

When you message them, please also ask them to escalate for senior supports so they aware of the problem
