My friend has been trying to update her new credit card expiry date for the past 2 weeks! It will not take. What is going on Public Mobile?? She is an older woman and has no phone service. Feeling bad that I referred her to Public Mobile at this point. I want to know how to change that info before I have to change my own. HELP!

@Kim121 , I sense the payment card might be locked out due to too many failed attempts. Try adding the card on a computer using incognito mode on the browser. I did a credit card add yesterday, it was accepted on the first attempt.

@Kim121 Yes many been having issues with this please submit ticket with support to help update . Also if in a hurry you can also buy payment vouchers and load them *611 and resume service right away
