I have been trying to create  an account to create auto pay i am not able to do so. I need help please and thanks

@jcoffee are you able to log in your self serve account?? Did you try many passwords and it's blocked now? You will need to wait 1 hour before try again.

If you have still problem write a message to the moderator for help..

and explain what happened with your registration. They will help but waiting time few hours to 2 days.

Try "forgot your password" if telling you already registered.

What is the problem you are having? You can try using a different browser or a different card.  Some times certain debit visa cards do not work.

What issues are you having while trying to set it up?

@jcoffee, although not mentioned, I assume that you have activated the service at a retail partner and you are trying to just set up the online access.  This is the link for do that.  Just follow the prompts and everything should work.

What are you having problems with? If you keep getting error messages try a different browser or mode, Chrome in incognito usually works.
