Hi, going to Hawaii and wondering what the coverage is like there with a US roaming add-on. Anyone have any first hand knowledge?

And for the record, we have three Public Mobile accounts/phones, the day before our flights (LITERALLY, the night before) we activated the US add-ons on all of them and it was almost flawless.
The one phone had to go through the "reset network settings" on day three though. This is how you do that on an iPhone (as of this posting date):
SETTINGS > GENERAL > TRANSFER OR RESET IPHONE > RESET > RESET NETWORK SETTINGS  > ENTER PIN NUMBER > RESET

As a follow-up...make sure you're familiar with how to buy the US Roaming add-on...it can be kinda complex for first time users. First load sufficient $$ into Available Funds...then go back and "buy" the add-on you want. When you get there, restart your phone. You might have to manually select either AT&T or T-mobile...whichever works best for you.

Remember that your 10 days start the minute you buy it. If you buy at 10pm, that's day 1, then goes to day 2 at midnight...plan your purchase wisely.

Using wifi, you can also make the purchase when you get to your hotel/resort/condo/thatched hut.

Family have used the 10 Day US Roaming add-on while in Hawaii and report that it worked perfectly for them.

Enjoy your trip.
