could not login and proceed the application

Hi There, 

I just bought a Sim card and made an application, I want to activate my subscription, but every time I log in, I got out of the web/app and find the following message.

WE ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST.

This may be due to a system error, please go back to the previous page and try again. (Error Code: XXX)

I tried from different devices and mobile phones but was unsuccessful.

I did Mayor, from yesterday, several times.

Hey @hajarNB ! Try repeating the steps after clearing your cache on your web browser settings. You can also try to sign up using the incognito browser. Let us know if that doesn't fix it 🙂

if already using app, Uninstall and reinstall the app and try

but wait a hour to try again or try different card
