I ordered a phone online that says that it is compatible with public mobile but my data will not connect. My calling and texting work fine, just my mobile data doesn't work regardless of saying that it's connected. I have a iiif150 r2022 cell phone. Can anyone help?

Hi @PinkPoiz0n
some those device need to do Factory reset before using,
and keep your SIM card PM inside and do reset and erase all data.

Have you checked by using Google to search for issues regarding your phone model?
Or YouTube?
Good luck.
