I'm using it at a speed of 5g, but it's too slow. There's a lot of data left at the moment, but it's still slow.

And when the other person calls, they say that they can't connect at once, and they need to make a second call to connect. Please check this part, too

@seeun   The speed can be variable but since you are also having problems with voice calls best to contact customer service, use this link and then watch your inbox for a agent's reply, either indicated at an envelope icon top right, or click/tap your avatar for a drop down with Messages
