Hello,
I purchased a sim on Nov 25th and still awaiting its arrival, despite the Dec 4th estimated delivery. Can anyone help look into the sim status? I'm leaving for out of country on Dec 13th, so would appreciate any backup options!

Thank you @Handy1 ! I will try this. I am going to the US, so it will work there, I just have some eagerness to get the SIM before my trip.

@jjoca you mentioned leaving the country on dec 13 please note if your going the the US I get your eagerness for the sim but it’s it’s anywhere else just know that PM only works in Canada and the U.S. with roaming add on or with. CAN/IS plan . So anywheres else it won’t much matter and your best bet would be to get a local pre paid SIM card in your destination for the duration of time away .

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send a private message To CS_Agents
