charged twice when activating the account

I've paid for my subscription and received the confirmation email with the receipt. However, when I log in and try to activate the account, it's asking to charge me again. Please help, I need to activate this account urgently and download the esim and cannot pay twice. Thank you!

Please note that any extra charges will remain in your account as credit to pay for your next month's bill.

You have the option to leave in your account as credit or ask a CS_Agent for a refund.

I did use the web browser, the app doesn't seem to work very well, anyway. Still, when I login the app, it asks for the credit card information again.

I messaged the PM, hopefully I'll get help soon, thank you so much!

hi @albamercadante are you now trying to login the app to complete the activation?

  If you used the web browser to start the subscription, got to payment and then use the app to continue.  After login the app, it should ask you for choosing phone number or porting

if not in that step, ask PM support to help.  Message them:
