I was charged for a new more expensive plan that gave me more data. but somehow i’m back with the old plan and have a credit on my account. i NEED the data. wondering if anyone can help me?

If you have a credit on you account in the amount you thought you paid for the higher plan, then you likely did not renew immediately.
If you are in need of data you can buy an addon, 1gb for $15. But this can get pricy, so sometimes it is worth Changing Your Plan Immediately to a higher data allotment plan.
BUT, please note, if you do this, you forfeit the funds already paid in the current cycle you are already in. And when you change immediately you will start a brand new 30-day cycle again.
If you want to change NOW, go back and select the plan again and make the change...as long as you have enough funds to cover the plan amount.

Is there any chance that you set the change to happen during your next renewal?
