Hello everyone,
7 days prior to the regular payment date I changed my plan from 40$ to 35$. However, on the date of payment, I was still charged 40$ and now I can see 5$ sitting in my account. I have no idea what I can do with them)) Can those 5$ be refunded back to my credit card?

Well there's an interesting wrinkle to the autopay failure glitch. There is a common glitch when scheduling a change plan on next renewal to a higher priced plan. If you do not manually top up your account with the new plan amount autopay only charges your card the old smount. When that is less your renewal will fail for insufficient funds. This is the first I have heard of it doing the opposite but thankfully having more than necessary funds just leaves you with and account balance credit ($5).
Not to worry....the $5 will just sit in your balance until your next renewal ( unless you wanted to purchase an add on) at which time they system will first debit your balance for your plan payment and then charge any plan amount outstanding to your card. In your case that will be $35 - $5=$30+tax will be charged to your payment card on file.

the amount at Available Fund then ok keep it for next cycle will be taken from there automatically.

The $5 credit in your account will be applied to your next month payment.
A refund will take up to 30 days to process so just leave it.

Nope...just leave it and that $$ will be used for next renewal.
