I gave the proper info to change my wife's sim card to a different phone. Please advise when your records are updated as her current phone is dying. Thanks. She is a customer of public mobile. . I already sent the data-imei number, serial number of the phone we want the sim card in-I can put the sim card into the newer phone for her as long as you guys update the data asap please. Thanks.

Can you put a link to customer service that is easy to find please? Yes, I get other customers see this...was hoping it'd do some good but I seriously doubt it.

@andido2 you only got a new phone and not a new sim card, right??
If so, you just need to put the old sim card into the new phone and PM service, voice/text/data , will work
Yes, you might want to migrate the phones data from old phone to new, but this is something you will have to do it yourself. Your phone should have some device switch app to help.

Messages postsed here aren't seen by Public Mobile customer service. They are only seen by other customers. There's nothing to update IMEI-wise. The SIM card can be simply placed into the new phone and your wife can start using it.
