@SamTam Don’t cancel it , you need keep public mobile account active and start the porting request with new provider leaving public mobile SIM card in phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to transfer phone number . Once you have successfully transferred phone number to new provider it will automatically close your public mobile account and you won’t be charged again . This assuming you want to keep same phone number , if not then just log into your account and unsubscribe
