This is ridiculous, a paying customer has to go through obstacles and hoops to get a payment in order to receive service?! What kind of joke is this? I am a new client and this is unprofessional. Purchasing a voucher in order to receive service is a joke why can't your company get this in order? On top of that I ended up paying for a second month of service instead of getting my problem solved in the first place with the card decline. I think a sour review of this company is in order if I can't even get a solution let alone compensation for this mess.

to connect to PM, , Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

I tried on the app as well and it says that it can't validate my card. How can i connect with support and speak to someone?

try using using browser with Incognito mode, try also with PM app
if both fails, wait 24 hours
but if you need to pay and resume service and cannot wait, buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and load the voucher using *611 or My Account

@komodia14 If you tried to many times you may need to wait full 24 hours and try again and best to use the app not website , if you have been using the app uninstall it and reinstall it and when you go to log in again allow location permission on thru the app itself and it should work
