I would like to shift to the cheapest plan while i am away from Canada for 3 months.
In my account Status page, when I go to 'Change Plans', no plans are visible.
If I go to "Plan Details' i get the error message 'Oh no!
It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.'
And it tells me to log back in. How do I get around this cycle?
thanks

Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also try clearing your cache and cookies then reboot.
If you change your plan it is recommended to change on next renewal date so you don't lose any unused minutes, texts, or data.

I just tried accessing change plan and plan details from my Android device and it is now functioning.
Try giving it another go.

If you're only going to be away for 3 months. You can suspend your account for 90 days and not have to change your plan. VERY Important, if you choose this route, SET a reminder for 85 day mark to log into account and make a payment. After 90 days account is closed and your loose your number.
If you want to do this method. Ensure first you don't have a balance (having a balance under your plan amount is ok). Then Remove auto-pay (if you have auto-pay on). Next payment due date the system will not be able to collect your money and your account will be placed in suspended status. (90 days start) set a reminder for 85 days to log in and pay for your plan. Your new 30 day payment date will start the day you pay your plan. You do not have to pay for the months you're account was suspended. Just pay your plan and you have your 30 days of service working again.

This annoying thing sometimes happens and is usually only a temporary problem.
I would recommend waiting half an hour and then checking again. You may wish to clear your cache and cookies and open an incognito tab before checking next time
(EDIT: kinda like @esjliv just wrote above... 🤭)

@PeterLoki - this can happen, don't panic.
Just open a tab in incognito mode, or use a different device. It should then look normal.
Sometimes waiting 15 mins. then trying again works too.
