If I change my plan, will I lose all my free minutes and free data under my account?

Thanks everyone!

Hello @WPLL I guess everyone answered the question already. Yes, even if you downgrade to the $15 plan, you keep that all. As per, if you got that 5GB loyalty data, you'd lose that.

@WPLL  You mean I can keep the free minutes and data except the 150 days bonus if I downgrade to $15 from $25 plan?

Correct, if you are on the old rewards system and drop to a lower cost plan you will lose the 150 days bonus data.

@WPLL if the free minutes and data are the bonus you got from PM from Christmas before , yes, you can keep those evem you downgrade the plan

You mean not even I down grade my plan ?  I am on a $25 plan now, if I downgrade it to $15, I can use up all the free bonus data and call minutes before I switch over to the new plan or change to a new company.

Hello @WPLL Yes and no. More no than anything. What I mean by that is no you won't lose any of it. But if you choose a plan that has 5G unlimited data, then that data you have on your account, which I assume is the old Christmas gift data, then you won't lose that, you just won't be able to use it cause you'll be on unlimited. And if you choose a plan that has Canada/US, then you won't lose any of that International calling per say, unless you use it calling any of the countries on the list PM provides. Make sense?
