I referred a friend and they put in the code but I never got confirmation that I did so, when will we receive confirmation on the refer a friend bonus? We both didn’t get any confirmation so we think it did work.

the text could be a miss, I don't get it all the time

ask your friend to wait 72 hours and check My Account and see if he sees $10 showing as Available Funds.

If not, please ask your friend to open a ticket for both you and himself with PM support agent, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
