I referred a friend and they put in the code but I never got confirmation that I did so, when will we receive confirmation on the refer a friend bonus? We both didn’t get any confirmation so we think it did work. 

I was given a data gift for loyalty but my plan was changed and it disappeared, is there any way to get that data back onto my plan? Thank you.
