How can you reactivate your account then update payment info, when your account is frozen. I need i.t to reactivate account

@bbb1 Vouchers can be purchased from SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell to load by dialing 611 or online from muskbird.com for a small fee if you're still unable to login and assuming that the account wasn't suspended for 90+ days without payment, of course, otherwise it would be deactivated and number lost.

@bbb1 how long your account has been suspended? less than 90 days?? if so, login to My Account first, gonto Payment page, click Manage payment method and then Update Card Information. Once the new card is there, click Reactivate my plan and follow the steps for manual payment
Let us know if you have trouble logging into My Account.

If your account is suspended due to no pay LESS than 90 days, log in, pay the bill and reactivate account.

Auto pay can fail
To make payment and reactivate plan .. if you know PIN number you can *611 with a voucher and *611 no PIN needed . You can also do this by by calling 18554PUBLIC . otherwise log into self serve make manual payment and reactivate service and or update credit card if necessary
