I want to change my email address.

HI @tstenner   if you want to change email used in Community here, you can do it yourself here:

But if you want to change the My Account email, you will need to open ticket with PM CS agent:

 

 

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

start by typing :Change username
then Click " Forgot Self-Serve Email"
next Click "Contact Us"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

You have to contact agent to do that for you. You cannot change it yourself.

 

To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
