i want to change my cellphone number? Is there anyway i can change it?

 Would like to thank everyone who help me solved the problem of my friend. she change her number and after that she cant use it anymore. It says unregistered. But with the help of community and the representative the phone is active now. We are very happy and thankful 🥹. THANKS AGAIN. PUBLIC MOBILE you're the BEAT

dow can i contact them? no email. no representative to talk? i wish they have a phone number or a chat to message them?

Oh, @beth0927 you have multiple posts, are they all the same issue? Did you or your friend contact Public Mobile yet about this? What did the agent say?

You know we do not have access to anyone's accounts right? We are all customers and members, just like you.

@beth0927  Have you rebooted the phone or reset network settings . Did you only change phone number or port a number into PM ?

Hi! Need sone help with my friend. After ahe change her number. She cant even use it ti call or message. i even called the number it says diesnt exist? And dont know what to do. public moblike doeant have a number to call

@Handy1 i get that. 😅. When I am on mobile, I get delays in community posting that are nowhere near what I get when i am on desktop.

@beth0927  Try rebooting the phone first . And for code hit resend a few times you should be given an option for code be send to email instead . If you need supports help here’s the link

@beth0927 - ask her to hit the RESEND CODE a few times, and hopefully she gets the option to get the code emailed.

Has she started her phone or performed a reset of the device's network settings yet? If not, ask her to do that.

Can she try her sim into another phone? If services still don't work, than ask her to submit a ticket to CSA.

Ways to contact Public Mobile Customer Support (CSA) below:

1-Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], also found in various places in Public webpages, OR

2-go to your envelope at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support (link is provided in #3 below as well). 

3 -Use this link (same as #2)  Private Message to Public Mobile Customer Support Agents (CSA)

  • hi. i recommend my friend to a public mobile and she registered the sim card but its jot working. i try to call her but it says its not registered. she try to sign in but she needs a confirmation number but how can she get a confirmation number if the number doesn’t exist

@beth0927 Yes.  It's a self serve option.  Log into My Account, go to your profile.  You'll see your phone number there, click the pencil to edit and you can select a new number.

Yes, simply login to your account and go to the Profile section and pick available numbers supplied by PM.

I recall you can change your number up to 3 times/month but remember to check and change you new number on your Eversafe ID so go to Manage Eversafe ID.
