Hello @jin2021 ,
This area is serviceable.
If you just ported your phone number from another cell provider it could take a few hours to complete the port.
Using the other cell provider's SIM you should be still receiving calls on it, until the port completes.
If you ported from a landline it could take up to 7 days to complete.
Make sure you do not cancel your previous provider's services.
Incoming calls are usually the last to port over.
See helpful info. here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/port-fraud-protection
If you have not received the SMS text to transfer your number from the previous provider, initiate the request again by clicking here:
Link to contact Customer Support Agents (CSA) for porting to Public Mobile
If this is not a new activation or transfer of a number from another provider check for outages in your area: https://www.telus.com/en/on/outages
or https://downdetector.ca/status/telus/map/
In the meantime, do one or more of the below:
- Reboot your phone
- toggle into airplane mode and back again
- perform a Reset of your Network Settings

@jin2021 are you new to PM ? or you have been with PM long and signal just go weak lately?
You are in a popular area in Toronto and I honestly think there are enough Bell signal in the area. You are mainly covered by two Bell towers, one on Finch between Don Mills and the other one by Don mills and Steeles. It might be a bit tickier if you are closer to Leslie and McNichol because of the valley.
What kind of phone do you have? Something North American model or something from oversea? Do you have problem with just Data ? Just Voice or both?

Are you porting in your phone number? If so did you reply YES to the porting authorization text from your former provider within 90 minutes of receiving it? If you didn't then you must renitiate your port request thru customer support or call the telus porting department with your old account #.
