Hi
Joined PM about a week ago, no problems at all.
Phone calls no problem, texting no problem- just cant get data.
have gone to the website suggested by other members and configured the phone APS settings correctly, turned phone off and turned back on, turned on data on phone....but nothing.
Any ideas?

Open settings, tap data usage, tap data switch on. Bingo you should have data

- the phone info shows correct IMEI and phone number, PM as current network; is there any particular line of that screen that I should be looking at?
There's a lot of info on it....dont know how to do a screen shot...sorry 😞

Dial *#*#4636#*#* on your phone. Select Phone information Under Data service what does it show?

Other ideas
network reset
potentially factory reset of phone (make sure to backup information)
May screen shot your APN settings for the community to have a look. make sure there is any error...
