hi, my moms unable to log in to her account, since her email has been deleted since it was her work email and shes retired. shes trying to update her cc info since she had to get a new cc. how can she access the account?

Is the account still active? If so then you can choose to reset password by way of SMS. Then you can still login using the old email address. It's just a login id. It doesn't know the actual address is no longer valid.
Then ask the support people to change it when you've changed your card and all.

@adamlaj77 First, you can still login to My Account using the old email address, that is just a login to PM My Account. But you will have to pick SMS to send the security code to the phone. If you can get the code that way, you can still login to My Account
But of course, it is better to make a proper change for email address. To do so, please open ticket as a Forgot Password type of ticket with PM Support
