i keep getting the sorry your plan does not include sending texts while in the us, but i have added the 20$ talk and text and 250 mb data package last night. what do i do?

Did you actually see that add-on on your account? You know buying add-ons is 2-step process.
Can you provide screenshot showing that add-on on your account?

hi @grantsingle is the addon showing up on your plan details page now? which network you tried connecting to? T-MOBILE? AT&T?

@grantsingle - are you sure you added the addon successfully to your account?
Do you see it listed under your Plan Details area? If not, and the $ is still showing in your Available Funds area, go back and add the addon to your account.
