I cant get incoming call on PM after porting from rogers and my privous line still on working

So sorry for the long wait - everyone is super excited to switch over to our awesome new plan therefor I'm getting an overwhelming amount of messages.

@raymondzhouy, hang in there.  Mary or one of the other moderators will resolve this as soon as they can.  They were dealing with a backlog of requests to their inbox.  Sorry I couldn't be of more help.  

Give us an update when your service is fully functional.

@imm1304 thx I have tried but it does not work, I can call out and text but all incoming call are showing in my privious line and I have massage to @Mary_M and she have not reply me ,I still waiting

Thanks everyone, I port my number last night, and It still could not get incoming call right now and I thought should have some problem and I have massaged to Mary this morning, waiting for reply, it should need some time. Thx again everyone

@raymondzhouy, have you restarted your phone since requesting the number port?

 

Go ahead and test now, usually the port request completes within 30 minutes or less.. and only takes couple of hours occasionally.  If more than 2 hours have passed, give us an update here and we can alert the mods to take care of this for you.  

 

Or, you can send a private message to Shazia_K directly, be sure to provide the info needed to complete your port.. including your public mobile account or phone number or at least the sim card number so your account can be found quickly.

Yes, that will happen until the port is complete. Give it couple of hours and it should be done and your other line will be terminated.

 

If it is stuck in a limbo, PM or tag one of the mods to assist you.

Sounds like the port is still in progress.  Message a moderator with your issue.
