The account I used for second phone referral was canceled.
Now i cannot log into second phone at all...
If I cant get in today, might as well move to other provider before I move 4 people to get referral bonuses.

Is your account Suspended or Closed???
If suspended due to no pay, pay the bill and account will be reactivated.
If your account is deleted due to no pay beyond 90 days your number is lost, account is closed and no way to log in back.

Once your account is cancelled, you won’t be able to login and your SIM is also cancelled. You can use the referral code from your first account.
So you will need to get a new SIM.

What do you mean "canceled"? When did that account last get a payment? Did you have a credit card fraud problem recently? What happens when you dial 611?
