Did you reply to the text with your old SIM in your phone…you have 90 minutes to reply or porting will be cancelled.
Or old service should be active as well to complete the porting.
If you missed this window to reply, you will need to contact a CS_Agent to restarting the porting process for you.

did you just join PM and request porting in your phone number?
If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card and can only make outgoing calls, then you might have missed the the text authorization step and hence porting was not completed
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox. Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed

@rizalynpitao Did you just port your number to public mobile ? Did your reply YES to confirmation text ?
