P.M. changed my plan (I have no idea why they would do that), so I have no talk time (only messaging)

Aside from your talk issue... Public Mobile has a 4G data plan in self service for 15 GB of data for $40. If you change your plan in self service make sure to choose change on next renewal date as you will not get any credit for your current plan for an immediate plan change.

@Joeller you should still able to make calls with $35 plan. It might be just not shown because it is unlimited
reboot and call again. IF yiu get a message saying out of minutes, try to dial 1 first
But if yiu cannot make and receive calls at all, it is probably just network issue, not plan issue

been here almost a year
$35/mth, 3gig unlimited talk and text ,,,, talk was removed.

@Joeller PM won't change any plan. Please explain further
for your voice problem, could be 3G network problem in your area.
Try reboot your phone once. Or try your PM sim card in another phone. If possible, try your phone in another area Could be local network problem

PM would not change your plan out of blue.
What plan did you have and what plan do you have now?
How long have you been PM customer?
Get correct status after doing below
Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
