I tried to login to my account in order to pay my bill however it told me it was the wrong password.  So i reset my password and it said it was successful however i still could not login.  After several attempts my account was locked.  Even after waiting until the next day it still wont let me in.  Since i cant login I cant create a support ticket and the chat support just keeps taking me back to login in order to get support.

The account has only been inactive for a few days, nowhere near the 90 days limit.

 

I am getting very frustrated trying to resolve this issue.  Please advise.\

@Eronberg probably just a finicky thing. CSA should help straighten it out for you.

Tagging a CS_Agent won’t help because they rarely come on this Community.

You can contact a CS_Agent by private messaging on the envelope icon on your computer or you can tap on your avatar>messages on your phone.

Meanwhile, you can purchase a voucher to active your account at these locations:

Some Walmart don’t sell vouchers.

Just wondering if you created a Eversafe ID?

Paying with a voucher via 611 on your phone is an option if needed to make a payment urgently either purchasing vouchers from retailers or online (fee charged) from muskbird.com

@Eronberg Okay, so you need the trouble one worked out.  As mentioned you can click on the link to CS_Agent, then push the SEND A MESSAGE button on the right side. This will create a private message to customer support with Public.

Thank you for the reply.  Yes I have tried other browsers and the issue persists still.  I have 3 different public mobile accounts each with their own email address, the one I am using now is working fine the one that has the trouble i cant login into or create a trouble ticket for it.  I posted here out of desperation, which is also why I tagged CS_agent in an effort to get help.  My account is not suspended as far as I know only locked.  I would happily pay it if I could login to it.

@Eronberg - have you tried accessing your My Account on a different browser or device, in case this is a cache issue? Try this, then try logging in again. Are you trying to create your EverSafe logins?

You have tagged CS_Agent, can I ask why? When you click on the link you provided, you can 'SEND A MESSAGE' to Public Mobile customer support.

NOTE - we are customers and members like you here on the forum.
