Did you created a Eversafe ID before login to your account?
All existing members are required to create an ID before login. Click on Sign Up if you didn’t.
If you did create an ID, just click on Resend Code for the text and call option to receive the 2FA code.
If that fails, you need the assistance of a CS_Agent to help. You can contact them by private messaging:

where do I find this?
I was able to reset the password with number + sms text - but I don't remember the email that was originally linked
so even with the password reset - I can't login

Click on Profile, scroll down, look at right hand part of the screen. Hover mouse over crossed eye and account will be revealed.

If you don’t have access to your email.
You can have the 2FA code sent by texting or calling to access your account. Your account number will be in your Profile section then click on eye icon to show complete account number.

I don't have access to the email that is linked to the number - how can I sign in?

@kalsonchan22 In your my account profile page you will see it there . Or if you just need it to port number out you can ask support for it also
