Hi, I just bought a data package. It hasn't been used. You instituted changes that it now expires, even though you did not make that clear. I'd like to return the package. Your entire service is getting worse and worse. Thanks

@OMster Have to agree regarding the change to the data add-on. I think for most it's become too expensive unless they need data for an emergency, I know I'll hold off on buying it at the current price/short expiry period for it unless I absolutely need it.
You can submit a ticket to customer support and they may give an account credit if it's not been used although there's no guarantees as this is a prepaid service.

@OMster Yes it does expire now unfortunately , you can ask support nicely and they maybe able to reverse it for you

@OMster PM is a prepaid provider and generally don't provide refund. But you can try by opening ticket with support
