I signed up on November 29 and paid for sim and plan. I am ending my subscription on Dec 29 but under payment its showing me that I have amount due on Dec 29.  So do I need to pay this amount ?

PM is on a 30 days cycle so if current subscription ends on December 29 at midnight. If you plan to cancel your subscription, I would suggest you port out or disable AutoPay/Subscribe on December 28 encase there are issues.

@Dan2020  No if your renewal is the dec29 you can just turn off auto pay ( subscribe) and you won’t be charged again . pM is ore paid so never any surprise bills

Turn auto subscribe off/on

PM is prepaid provider, you don't have to make any payment , and turn off automatic payment, if you decide to stop the service. But if you suspend the service, you wouldn't be able to port out the number to another provider, if you want to keep it

FYI, to "cancel" the plan, you can either port out your number to another provider and your account will be closed upon successful port out of the number

Or you can disable the toggle "Subscribed" to disable Pre-Authorized payment instead.  Once it is disabled, PM will not be able to renew your account on your next renewal , your account will then be suspended on that day and 90 more days, it will be closed

To disable Pre-Authorized payments (Turn off Subscribed) , you can do it by one of the following:
