can't sent SMS to UK

I can't seem to text or call United Kingdom. I tried 01144<phone number> and +44<phone number> without the leading zero. example 01144xxxxxxxxxxx or +44xxxxxxxxxxx. it doesn't seem to work even I supposed to have free international text and plenty of international minutes. Please help

@derekcheung18  Texting UK should work but if it's the international calling minutes add on that you have it doesn't include the UK (unless it's the Christmas bonus one) so you would need the specific UK minutes add on in that case.

To call or text UK, drop the 0 before the area code
So, to call number with area code 0186 , it should be just call 01144 186 1234567

Compose a text message then enter the following in the 'To' field: 011, then the country code, then the region code, then the mobile phone number. Try that.
