Hi, I reset my phone to factory and I can not send or receive pictures in my text messages. Thanks for any help.

@JackieHovan let us know of you have trouble update or saving the APN settings, we have workarounds:)

@JackieHovan try to Reset All Network and see if it gives the correct APN
if not, try to either add a new PM APN profile or update and make change to an existing one. This is the full APN settings

your apn is incorrect... are you able to delete those apn? delete them all if you can and then reset your network settings
sp.mb.com is what your looking for. what's the make and model of the device?

If you are using native texting app, in order to send/receive pics DATA has to be on even though send/receive will not use your data allowance.

Make sure cellular data is on and your apn settings are correct.
