can't make phone calls

my plan was renewed yesterday, Oct. 7.  But I can't receive any phone calls but I can make calls and receive texts.

Try rebooting your phone to reset it, or turning off and on airplane mode to reset network.

@Roseofsharon  Make sure your phone's do not disturb setting was not accidently turned on.

@Roseofsharon Maybe you should contact the moderator directly. You can click on the question mark at the right bottom corner, then ask for a ticket. The moderator will contact you within 2 days. 

In the meantimes, try to restart your phone or reinsert your SIM card and see what happens.

@Roseofsharon Did you forward your phone to other number? Try to call from other phone and see what happens.
