New customer for Ca/US/Mex Plan. I just signed up. But can’t make phone calls.

did you successfully activate your new Public Mobile account ? Are you trying to port your old number in to your new account ? If so, was that done successfully too ? added...does messaging and data work as expected ?

what phone do you have? you are activating with physical sim or esim?
Try reboot the phone first, then try Reset network settings.
Check the phone status bar to confirm if the sim connects to the PM network at all, check if data work
if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent by direct message:
