says my email is wrong. i have auto pay on credit card, but my card was lost and i now have a new one, but the old card is registered and i cant change it on the phone.

any help

@justanything  - have you logged into self serve before successfully?

 

If you activated in-store you may not have registered for an account. You can register for one here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

 

Once logged in, navigate to the Payment TAB and go to the bottom, left corner to update/remove your card and add a new one.

If your renewal is tonight you may want to add a payment by purchasing a pm voucher. Vouchers from the following retailers are immediately valid upon purchase and loadable via 611.

 

  1. London Drugs
  2. Shell Stations
  3. 7/11
  4. SDM
  5. RCSS
  6. TMS
  7. Circle K
  8. Wal-Mart

RTP ( real time payments) can be made at Canadian Tire gas bars and Mobil stations for a $1 fee and are loaded by giving the clerk your 10 digit phone number.

 

Online payments can be made ding.com or recharge.com for a 8% surcharge.

Otherwise contact customer support and put "forgot login info" in the subject line and leave a detailed message. You can also have the CSA update your card info for you. Be sure to do a test payment of at least $1 to ensure it goes thru or better yet just top up with your plan amount for your next renewal.

@justanything did you try Forgot password and try with different email address you might have used?

 

if you are really unable to reset password that work, you will have to open ticket with PM Support:
