Hi
I need to change the credit card on an account - it was canceled. We can't find the email login for the phone number that needs updating and the phone will not currently work - waiting for us to update the payment method.
How do we find the account information to pay for the service?

When you activated your SIM and created this Community account with the same email on August 11, 2020. Just click on your avatar on the top right then go to My Setting…your email will show there.

Hi @Liz04 did you try using the Reset Password and try your email addresses?
or submit a ticket for support to help
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

if you don’t remember the email address, try the most commonly used emails it could be with the forgot password function. (how many could there be???)
The one that sends a password reset link is the correct email you used here.
