PM is now using target marketing appropriate and will only provide each customers some plans but not all. So, it is not unusual that you only see some plans. Also, some Boxing deals are only for new activation and hence not for existing customers
So, you can only change to plans that are available on your My Account's Change Subscription page. If the plans you want are not show up there, sorry, there is no way to change to any of those

Using the Public Mobile app....to change plans, you must log in to your account...click Subscription tab > Manage Subscription > Change Subscription..there, you'll see the plan menu. You might not be eligible for all current plans...only those you see in the menu.
For list of add-ons you might still have...click on Usage Breakdown.

@HezzyBear We can only change to the plans that are available to us to switch to in our accounts despite what we see on the website . So if your current plan cost more then $23 then you won’t have much in the way of options to downgrade plan price . But easy to always upgrade plan price . So short of creating new account with desired plan not much ya can do . As for your old x mas add on should still be there if you have t already used them . But if you switched to 5G plan then they still there just incompatible but will appear there to be used again if on 4G plan
