I didn't activate any plan. I just signed up and selected a 4G plan. But I didn't pay for it and signed out. When I saw the $35 5G plan, I wanted to change to it but I couldn't find it. I tried using another email address to register a new account, the new account had the $35 5G plan. I selected it, but I didn't complete the activation, and the next time I signed in, the $35 5G plan was gone and I couldn't change to it.

@Wonger , what plan did you select on activation? Generally, lesser price plans are not offered to existing customers. There are a few exceptions. Based on past deals around this time of year, I would expect that you should be able to take the $29 plan on next renewal and still be able to get the $35 plan in January. This is just my judgment, I expect the $35 plan to be part of generic suite of plans that will be around for some time.

no point in bothering Customer Support with your request. The only plans the OP can take are the plans listed in his/her plan menu. They won't give you anything that's not shown there.

hi @Wonger
not everyone see the $35 plans.
Bbut there is a workaround to unlock it since you see a $29 plan there on your My Account
You can first pick $29 plan and do a Change Now plan change , which of course you need to pay now and the remaining days on your current cycle will be wasted. With this, you might be able to unlock the $35 roaming plan, and you can then schedule a plan change on the following renewal day

The possibilities are that either the plan doesn't exist anymore (unlikely), or that Public Mobile somehow isn't allowing you to get the deal. I would write up a message to cs_agent, to plead your case.
Good luck!!

Existing customers are offered different plans that those are activating/opening a new account. You'll only be able to choose from the plans that are shown inside your self serve account.
